Piccolo could take down the likes of Rild, sure, but Base Gohan was about even with Rild, who could possibly have retained his Mega Cannon Sigma power-up.

Posts: 708 Group: Member Member #9,530 Joined: May 24, 2013	I'll stick with Piccolo, because this was able to defeat any enemy of hell, although this excludes Baby (for out of existence), Super 17 (because 17 Normal was revived and Artificial 17 was sent to Hell ) and Evil Dragons (being defeated, they went to their own world). This implies that we can defeat Piccolo even Artificial 17, which in turn was level Base Vegeta (Super 17), which in turn was at least more powerful than Baby Vegeta (Base). Piccolo in my opinion, was near SBV1. While we look not at least Gohan, Trunks and Goten (Evil Dragon Saga) certainly received a great zenkai (post Super 17), also saw Gohan with his combat suit, so it gives us to understand that training. Personally I think Gohan SSJ2 (Dragons), could surpass Piccolo with heavy clothing, but less than Piccolo without heavy clothing. Although it could go either way, besides congratulates Goku Piccolo, in the last episode of DBGT.
